Ordering & Account
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. Creating an account is optional but recommended for faster checkout and order tracking. You can check out as a guest using your email; registering lets you view order history and save addresses for future use
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently support most payment methods, including Paypal, Apple pay, Google pay, and other third-party credit cards
Can I change or cancel my order?
After placing an order, you can contact us within 12 hours to help you modify it, including: canceling the order/changing the order specifications and colors/changing the address, etc. For specific modifications and methods, you need to contact us directly or email support@witzman.com
My package says it was delivered but I don’t have it – what should I do?
Occasionally carriers mark a shipment as delivered a few hours early

. If you still haven’t received it after 24 hours, email us at support@witzman.com for help. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue
Do you save my bank details?
Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. It is the company PayPal that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.
Shipping & Delivery
Where does WITZMAN ship to?
We ship worldwide. Our primary markets include the contiguous United States, Canada, the UK, France, and Germany.We have warehouses in Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Canada and the United States, and can quickly arrange the nearest shipping warehouse according to the customer's delivery address.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
Standard shipping is free for orders to the US, Canada, Germany, and France
. These deliveries typically arrive in about 2–7 business days after dispatch
. For faster service, you can choose Express shipping (approx. 1–2 business days) for a $6.99 fee in those same countries
. We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days of payment
. (Major holidays or unforeseen events may occasionally delay delivery.)
Which carriers are used for shipping?
We partner with major courier services worldwide. In the U.S. and target countries we ship via Amazon’s FBA network, and orders typically travel with carriers like Amazon ,DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS
. Rest assured that all shipments include tracking so you can monitor progress to your door.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you the tracking number and carrier name
. You can follow that link or enter the tracking number on the carrier’s site to see delivery status. (We strongly recommend checking spam/promotions folders if you don’t see the tracking email.) If you have any trouble locating your package, please let us know.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day no-questions return or exchange policy for items purchased directly from WITZMAN official website
. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in like-new condition with original packaging and all accessories included
. To initiate a return, please email us at support@witzman.com with your order number and reason. After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 2–7 business days
Return steps: 1: Please contact WITZMAN customer service team directly at support@witzman.com or online at witzman.com within 30 days of receiving your order
2: Please package the item securely in its original condition with all tags/accessories included.
3: After shipping, please provide the return shipping method and tracking number.
4: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund (see next question).
Are return shipping costs covered?
If the return is due to a defect or damage (a quality issue), WITZMAN will cover the cost of return shipping
. For all other returns (for example, if you simply change your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
. (We recommend using a traceable shipping service and keeping your receipt.) We will provide further instructions on how to ship back your item after you contact customer service.
How long until I get my refund?
Once we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund within 48 hours and notify you by email. Funds will be deposited into your bank account or original payment account and it takes 2-7 business days (bank processing time may vary). If you have not received your refund after a week, please feel free to contact us.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
In the rare event your order arrives with damage or missing parts, please contact us immediately (ideally within 12 hours of delivery)
. Email support@witzman.com with photos and details of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours with a solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you
Can I exchange my item?
Yes. If you would like a different color or style, we can usually exchange it for you. Please contact us through our online chat window or email support@witzman.com before returning the original item. We can exchange unshipped orders free of charge. If the order has already been shipped, the fastest way is to place a new order for the item you like, then return the original item for a refund.
Warranty & Claims
What warranty do WITZMAN bags have?
WITZMAN stands behind its products. All of our bags carry a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. This covers any issues under normal use; accidental damage or wear and tear are not covered. Notably, the removable shoulder strap is covered by a lifetime warranty.
How do I make a warranty claim?
If your bag is defective during the warranty period, please email support@witzman.com or contact our customer service team online at witzman.com with your order number and details of your issue. We will guide you through the next steps (usually asking you to send photos or a prepaid return label). Once we verify that the bag is defective, we will repair or replace it, or if that is not possible, we will refund your money. We strive to process warranty requests quickly so you can get back on the road.
Materials & Carry-On Compliance
What materials are WITZMAN bags made of?
Our canvas backpacks are crafted from high-quality cotton canvas with PU (synthetic) leather accents
. The nylon backpacks use durable water-resistant nylon fabric with PU leather trim
. (This combination gives strength and a premium feel.) All linings are polyester for lightweight durability. These materials ensure your travel bag is both sturdy and stylish.
Are the materials eco-friendly?
Yes. WITZMAN uses synthetic PU leather instead of animal leather
, helping to minimize environmental and animal impact. We carefully source our canvas and nylon to meet environmental standards wherever possible
. Our fabrics are built to last, reducing waste by avoiding frequent replacement. If sustainability is important to you, you can feel good that our packs avoid real leather and focus on durability.
What are the benefits of canvas vs. nylon?
Canvas backpacks have a classic, rugged look with huge capacity
. They are generally soft-sided but sturdy, and their multi-pocket designs make organization easy. Canvas travel backpacks tend to be larger and are great for daily carry or as an airline-approved travel backpack
. Nylon backpacks, on the other hand, are lightweight and water-resistant
. Nylon high strength and water-repellent properties make it ideal for outdoor or wet environments. Both styles feature reinforced construction (e.g. PU-leather trim and quality stitching) for long-lasting use
Are WITZMAN backpacks airline carry-on compliant?
Yes. Our travel backpacks are deliberately sized for air travel. For example, the WITZMAN Canvas Carry-On Backpack meets the maximum carry-on dimensions used by most airlines
. Its 20″×13″×6″ size fits easily in overhead bins
. Likewise, our 40L nylon backpack (model B682) measures 12.6″×20.5″×7.5″
, which is within standard carry-on limits. In short, our bags are airline-approved carry-on backpacks, designed to fit overhead bins or under the seat on flights
Backpack Capacity & Features
What is the capacity of WITZMAN backpacks?
Our travel backpacks range roughly from 32 liters up to about 40–50 liters, depending on the model. For instance, the B682 nylon carry-on pack is 40L in volume.
It measures 12.6″×20.5″×7.5″ and weighs only 1.78 kg.
The Canvas Carry-On Backpack is a bit larger (approximately 20″×13″×6″, with very roomy main compartments).
All models are designed to maximize space: they easily hold a 17″ laptop, plus clothes, shoes, and travel gear. (See “Laptop Compatibility” below.)
Will my laptop fit?
Yes. All our travel bags include a dedicated padded laptop sleeve or pocket. For example, the B682 includes a padded compartment for laptops up to 17 inches
. Most other WITZMAN bags similarly accommodate 15–17″ laptops. The laptop compartment is usually located in the main section and secured so your computer stays protected on the move
Are these backpacks comfortable to carry?
Absolutely. We engineer our packs for long trips and daily use. They all feature wide, padded shoulder straps and a padded back panel for comfort.
Some models add a sternum strap or chest buckle to stabilize the load (especially useful when hiking or walking long distances).
The adjustable straps help distribute weight evenly and reduce strain. In short, WITZMAN bags offer ergonomic support, so you can carry them all day without discomfort
Do WITZMAN backpacks have any anti-theft features?
yes. Security is a priority for travel gear. Our backpacks use lockable zipper pulls on the main compartments, which lets you add a small padlock or travel lock for extra peace of mind. Additionally, we include hidden or discrete pockets on the back and front, perfect for passports, wallets or other valuables.
These hidden compartments make it much harder for pickpockets to access your items when you’re moving through crowds. Altogether, our bags provide standard anti-theft conveniences found in premium travel backpacks
Is the backpack waterproof?
Not fully. The B682 and other nylon models are made from high-grade water-resistant nylon.
This means they repel light rain and splashes, protecting your gear from most weather. However, they are not completely waterproof for heavy downpours. We recommend using an additional rain cover if you expect very wet conditions. (Canvas bags similarly resist moisture but aren’t meant to be soaked.) In short, our bags handle everyday weather well, but you may want extra protection in a storm
Is a power bank included?
No, power banks must be provided separately. Many WITZMAN backpacks (like the B682) include an integrated USB charging port and cable
, which allows you to plug in your own power bank (inside the bag) and charge devices on the go. This keeps you powered without extra cords. But we do not include the actual battery pack – you simply connect your own.
How durable are WITZMAN backpacks?
Very. We use high-quality fabrics and hardware so the packs stand up to travel abuse. The canvas models boast rugged durability and heavy-duty stitching.
Our nylon packs use thick, water-resistant nylon that resists tearing and abrasion.
All bags have reinforced corners, durable zippers, and PU-leather trims for extra strength. Many customers use them daily or on long trips for years – so you can count on longevity. In short, these are designed as travel gear, not flimsy daypacks.
Product Care & Maintenance
How do I clean my WITZMAN canvas backpack?
For everyday cleaning, simply wipe the canvas surface with a soft cloth dampened in lukewarm water and a small amount of mild detergent. For stubborn stains, gently scrub with a soft brush and soapy water. Do not machine wash or leave the bag soaking, and avoid using bleach.
After cleaning, rinse any soap residue and air dry the bag in the shade – do not put it in direct sunlight, as that can fade colors or weaken fibers.
When drying, turning the bag inside out and hanging it upside down helps prevent distortion. Store the bag in a cool, dry place when not in use.
To keep its shape in storage, you can stuff the bag with soft paper or cloth to avoid creases
How do I clean my WITZMAN nylon backpack?
Nylon bags are easy to maintain. Wipe the nylon fabric with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed.
For tougher dirt, use a soft brush with a mild detergent, then rinse thoroughly. Similar to canvas, do not throw the bag in a washing machine or dryer. Air dry the nylon bag in a ventilated, shaded area away from sunlight.
Again, avoid prolonged water exposure; nylon dries quickly and shouldn’t be left soaking. If your bag has PU leather parts, wipe those carefully with a soft damp cloth and a gentle leather cleaner (avoid soaking the leather).
Keep all components dry during cleaning to prevent any adhesive or trim damage.
Any special care tips?
Yes. Don’t use harsh chemicals or solvents – they can damage colors and materials. Always let bags dry completely before storing. If you won’t use your bag for a long time, store it empty (with paper fill) in a cool dry place to prevent mold and shape loss
. Avoid overstuffing any pocket or bending the bag excessively, as this can strain zippers and seams. Finally, inspect your bag regularly; tightening any loose straps or cleaning small stains promptly will keep it looking and performing its best. By following these steps, your WITZMAN backpack will stay in top condition trip after trip.
